Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is handcrafted and made to order. 
Most items ship within 7–10 business days 
after purchase. Once shipped:

US orders: 5–7 business days
International orders: 10–16 business days

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. International orders may be subject 
to customs duties or import taxes — these 
charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive 
a tracking number via email.

What materials do you use?
Every piece is crafted from genuine cowhide 
leather — known for its durability, natural 
texture, and ability to develop character 
over time. No synthetic. No shortcuts.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every bag, jacket, and accessory is 
built by hand. One piece at a time. 
No mass production.

Is the leather ethically sourced?
We responsibly source high-quality leather 
and build every piece to last. Longevity 
is our sustainability — a Maison Enamy 
piece made right will never need replacing.


Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, add your item to cart, 
and complete checkout. No account required.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Every order moves immediately into production. 
Changes or cancellations are only possible 
before the item has shipped. Contact us 
immediately at info@maisonenamy.com.

Is custom sizing available?
Yes. Select Custom Size at checkout and 
leave your measurements in the order notes. 
Custom orders are handcrafted to your exact 
specifications for an additional $40 and 
ship within 10–14 business days.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery 
on unworn, unused items in original condition. 
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility 
unless the item is defective or incorrect. 
Custom sized orders are final sale.

How do I start a return?
Email info@maisonenamy.com with your order 
number and photos of the item. If eligible, 
we will send return instructions within 
1–2 business days.

New York City. Founded by a designer from 
Benin, West Africa.

What is the brand story?
Maison Enamy was founded in 2023. The name 
Enamy represents every obstacle, every doubt, 
and every voice that said it couldn't be done 
— transformed into something worn with pride.
